Why GateWise exists
Most housing societies still run on a patchwork of tools — a billing system here, a gate register there, a WhatsApp group for complaints, and Excel for everything else. The result: late payments, unreadable visitor logs, and committee members spending weekends on tasks that should take minutes.
Existing solutions either focused on one problem (gate security) or came with per-flat pricing that made enterprise-scale features unaffordable for mid-sized societies. No platform delivered GST billing, gate management, resident app, and CA compliance together — at a price that made sense for Indian housing societies.
GateWise was designed to fix that. One integrated platform, flat yearly pricing, and a team that treats every society like a partner — not a monthly subscription number.
From idea to launch
Recognized the gap in the market: Indian housing societies needed a modern platform that could handle billing, security, and compliance — without per-flat pricing or enterprise complexity.
Core platform built: GST billing, gate security with QR visitor flow, WhatsApp reminders, and UPI payment integration. First society goes live in Ahmedabad.
Public launch with a complete feature set: maintenance billing, gate desk, member PWA, CA compliance tools, Tally export, and DPDP-compliant data handling.
Actively onboarding societies across India. Continuous feature releases based on real committee feedback. No call centers — our team works directly with each society.
