Common pricing questions
Is there a per-flat charge on top of the yearly plan?
No. GateWise charges a flat society-wide yearly subscription. Whether you have 50 active residents or 500, the price is the same within your plan's unit cap. No per-flat, per-user, or per-transaction fees — ever.
Are payment gateway transaction fees included?
GateWise's subscription doesn't include payment gateway transaction fees. Standard gateway fees (typically 1.8–2% + GST) apply to each online payment. These are charged directly to your settlement account, not by GateWise.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. For annual plans, we prorate the upgrade difference. Downgrading is possible at annual renewal.
Is there a setup fee or data migration charge?
No setup fee. Data migration (flat register, member list, historical dues) is included free for all plans. Our onboarding team handles the entire import before your trial begins.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After 14 days, your account enters a read-only state until you subscribe. All data is preserved. There's no automatic charge — you actively choose to subscribe. If you don't, your data is exportable for 30 days.
Do you offer discounts for multi-society or builder portfolios?
Yes. Builders and FM companies managing 3+ societies get negotiated portfolio pricing with a single billing contract and federation dashboard. Contact our enterprise team for a custom quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yearly plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable after the first 30 days. We don't lock societies in — a society that stays does so because GateWise is worth it.
